open house!

heyheyhey. went to rj and hc open house today; tried to make a decision on which sch and what subject combi to take. i guess, i sort of have a decision. wells. i thought rj would be like dao n everything since we were from ny, but surprisngly they were friendly, just that the tour was boring and we were so unenthu coz we walked past 5(or4?) bus-stops just to reach the super ulu school, so we were in a bad mood. hahha guess thats why i had a bad impression of rj, but the guide was not that bad -- guy cheerleader? hahah okok dont laugh. yepps and they had a cheerleading display which was supposed to be the highlight but er; it din seem to be. hahha coz the pa conked out, and they seemed to be out of beat, and wells, guys look weird dancing i guess so some did push ups? maybe its time for me to have a change in the culture/environment i have been in for four years, i dunno but not that i am against rj or anithing just that i guess i felt at home in hc w my snrs and my friends.

went to hc like after lunch (and a very interesting taxi driver!), saw xinen when i passed the gate! hahahha. now thats familarity. saw performances, and realised hc looks nice when its raining and u are looking at the scenery (as long as u are not in the rain) haha. then sorta wandered around and we found the library! it looks nice and big and well, i liked the lighting. hahha, got too noisy till ppl glared us away, so went outside to this bench outside the library and talked -- bout our future, decisions, and subj combs. weighed the pros and cons of rj, yea rj has a different culture, more cute guys (oops_), but i guess the familarity of hc and the fact that i wanna take lit, i mean hc seems to be a better choice for me. rj does not offer like weird combs, and is quite rigidly fixed into faculties, so like no mixing of arts or science. hmmms, i want to take lit but i dun mind taking one science too, from this aspect, hc offers me more flexibility i guess. and i like the arts environment there, ppl are like funkay and cool. hahha.

yea, so its like i guess i will be going hc and arts. my sci results may be better, but i just have more interest in lit // cant decide between chem or hist. shld i be weird? hahhaa. i think for ppl who are very clear on whether they should do arts or sci, they shld go rj? onlie weird ppl like me want to tke half half, and if arts right, hc is more elite i guess, the environment is better there, for me lar. yea ok i just convinced myself my decision was right. hahaha
